By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Pourohityam Booking is a digital platform enabling users to book verified Vedic purohits for Hindu rituals, ceremonies, and religious consultations. We act as an intermediary between users and purohits.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the website, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Booking and Payment

• Users must provide accurate details while booking a service.
• All fees for services must be paid as per the platform’s pricing at the time of booking.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and other supported modes.
• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
• No refund will be provided for same-day cancellations.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment mode.

5. Purohit Conduct

All purohits listed are verified and expected to uphold dharmic standards and decorum. However, we are not responsible for the conduct or services of individual purohits during offline engagements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or post false information.
• Abuse, harass, or threaten any purohit or team member.
• Violate any applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, images, and software on the site are the property of Pourohityam Booking and protected under Indian IP laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
• Errors in ritual execution, delays, or service issues caused by third parties.

9. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and manage user data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these Terms or harm the integrity of our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
